Panty

Remember a couple years ago when I was obsessed with trying to draw Mega Man decently and I couldn't do it for the life of me so my sketchbook was filled up with a shit ton of crappy Mega Mans? That's happening again, but with Panty. I cannot get her down no matter what. This is just the most satisfying one I've done so far.
Moved this from scraps to my main gallery because I don't give a fuck what quality belongs where. That's right. Fight the system.
